A drawing system, consisting of both custom hardware and software, based on the classic children's toy etch-a-sketch. Clockwise and counterwise rotation of the dial on the left controls vertical movement of the pen; similar input on the right dial controls horizontal movement. The physical interface consists of two potentiometers and a BX-24 chip. The software, written in Processing (Java), reads bytes from the chip and sends commands to a virtual pen on screen.
